At Always a Patricia, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery options, and costs.
 

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after processing.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.



Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders over a specified amount (check promotions at checkout).


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to Canada, the U.S., and select international locations.

  • Certain items may have restrictions based on country regulations.
     

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact our support team at support@alwaysapatricia.ca

  • For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Always a Patricia. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
 

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement.

  • If exchanging for a different item, the customer is responsible for any price differences.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Customized or personalized merchandise.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after purchase.


How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email support@alwaysapatricia.ca with your order number and reason 
return/exchange.
Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
Ship the item back in its original packaging.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
